What we store

A random player ID kept in your browser, so your scores and pass stick to you. No account needed.
The name you type for the score board (public).
The last franchise shop you visited (in your browser, 30 days), so that shop gets credit if you buy a pass.
Visits and plays at franchise shops, counted by player ID, so owners can see their numbers. Owners see counts, not who you are.
If you buy a pass: Stripe processes the payment. We store the pass, amount, time and the email Stripe gives us (to send your receipt).
If you open a franchise: your franchise name, address and email (for login links, payouts and program news).
If you chat: the name and message you post (public in the lobby).

No ads, no ad trackers, no selling or renting your data.
No third-party analytics cookies. We use your browser's local storage only for the things above.

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email). They process data only to provide their service.

Clear your browser storage to reset your player ID.
Email hello@player.pizza to see, fix or delete what we have about you. We'll answer within 30 days. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.

Player Pizza isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
